Elland tip is owned and operated by Calderdale council, Elland Recycling Centre allows you to recycle the following items here:

- Bric A Brac
- (Bricks) Bricks and rubble (and soil) are classed as non-household waste, so there is a charge of £2.50 per bag. Elland and Sowerby Bridge HWRCs cannot take plasterboard, hardcore or rubble. All other sites will take up to 6 bags/items of these materials. Each bag must be no more than 20kg.
