  • Phase 2 (Sorting & Fuel Conversion): Recyclable metals and plastics are extracted, and remaining elements are processed into Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF).
  • Phase 3 (Thermal Generation): RDF is combusted at Dunbar Energy Recovery Facility, powering approximately 70,656 households while completely eliminating landfill waste.
