Little Stoke tip is owned and operated by South Gloucestershire council, Little Stoke Recycling Centre allows you to recycle the following items here:
- batteries – car batteries, household (dry cell) batteries
- books
- bric-a-brac for reuse e.g. garden hand tools, furniture, crockery, bikes
- cardboard
- cooking oil
- DVDs and CDs
- furniture – in reusable condition
- green garden waste except for invasive species such as Japanese Knotweed
- hazardous waste in small quantities (see details below)
- ink cartridges
- large electrical equipment e.g. cookers and washing machines
- rigid plastics e.g. toys and garden furniture
- scrap metal
- small electrical equipment e.g. kettles, irons, toasters
- textiles and shoes (tied together in pairs)
- wood including MDF, chipboard furniture, fencing and other treated wood, large logs and other untreated wood
