Malaga Recycling Centre is owned and operated by the City Of Swan, The following items and materials can be taken to the Malaga Recycling Facility.
- Batteries (dry cell & car/motorcycle)
- Brick rubble
- Cardboard & Paper
- Clothing
- Containers (cans & bottles, plastic & glass).
- E-Waste (computers, monitors & televisions)
- Fluorescent or CFL Tubes/bulbs
- Green Waste (less than 1.5m length & less than 300mm diameter).
- Household and Office Furniture.
- Mattresses (limited to five per drop)
- Metal (excludes car bodies and car parts)
- Mixed plastics
- Mobile phones
- Polystyrene (foam) packaging (no ‘foam balls’ or ‘popcorn’)
- Printer cartridges
- Tyres – charges apply (only passenger and 4×4 tyres accepted)
- Untreated and unpainted Timber (no MDF or CCA treated products)
- Used Oil (limit 20L per resident)
- White Goods (fridges, freezers, dishwashers, ovens)
