Mccleary Court Community Environmental Centre is owned by York Region Council, Mccleary Court Recycling Centre allows you to dispose of the following items here:
- Concrete
- Drywall
- Garbage
- Wood
- Blue Box recyclables
- Clothing and other fabric items including towels, sheets and curtains for donation to Diabetes Canada (on hold until further notice)
- Cooking oil (max 4L per day)
- Electronic waste (limit of 2 televisions and 4 pieces of computer equipment per day)
- Household hazardous waste
- Residential customers only
- Limits apply (60L of HHW and 20 compact fluorescent tubes per day)
- Any/all containers (including jerry cans) will be not returned
- Large, clean polystyrene foam (no meat trays or peanuts)
- Metal appliances
- Refrigerated appliances (with CFC removal sticker)
- Scrap metal
- Shredded paper
- Tires (limit of ten tires per day)
